As you have been following my journey in starting my own business as a Team Beachbody Coach I wanted to share with you that this week I had a $500+ paycheck. This week. That includes the Memorial Day weekend where aside from posting on Facebook I worked about 2 hours total (in the 3 days). It includes yesterday which was Zachary’s birthday so I was only able to spend about 30 minutes responding to emails. Not bad right? Oh, and last Thursday I was at Joshua’s school performance which was followed by his final Futsol game and a party for the team. (Our pay period started last Thursday and ended Wed. night.) Now, this is NOT a business where you never work, that is not what I am saying I do. There are many nights I work when the boys are asleep or I get up early to get work done before they wake up so that I can make sure to attend all of their activities during the day. But what a beautiful picture to see how in taking time to set up a system that will keep running while I am ‘playing’ will be rewarded. (By ‘system’ I am talking about my blog + social media which is what I help teach the coaches on my team to do as well.)
There have been many times in the last few months where I’ve wondered if I can get this business to the place I want it to be. I would like for it to fully support our family within the next 18 months. So just like you have seen me lose weight and get healthy I wanted to share this fun goal with you as well. I will keep being consistent, and I will share with you when I have my first $1,000 week and then also as I get closer to my goal of a full time income on my 15-20 hours a week I work.
If you are a coach, or are considering joining my team of coaches, I want to encourage you to keep going. Keep helping others and know that our products change lives. And I’m not just talking about weight loss. I’m talking about a mom finding her confidence again. A dad knowing he isn’t in danger of having a heart attack any longer. A family not stressing out about finances because they are bringing in an extra $300-$500 a month which helps with groceries. Or a family like mine who is going to support themselves in full time ministry through doing this. (And how fun to see that this has turned into my ministry! God is so sneaky sometimes!) So if you are discouraged I want to tell you to keep going and don’t give up. I don’t have a college degree, and I don’t have a body that many would think is ideal to be a fitness coach. But I love helping women, and if you do as well, that is what will make us great at this.
I am always looking for others who would like to join my team, if that is you please tell me more about yourself and your goals here.
