If you are feeling frustrated during your pregnancy because you can’t do all of the workouts you love, I made this video for you!
A few things I want you to remember from the video:
- You are NOT a bad mother or mother-to-be because you are frustrated that you can’t do your regular workouts. Do not beat yourself up, or feel guilty for processing your feelings. How you are feeling is not a reflection of how much you love your baby and are thankful that you are pregnant.
- Try new things. Sure, you may not ever find something you love as much as you love your regular workouts but you can find something that will work within the limits of your body.
- Remember that it’s only 9 months (plus recovery time after). I know, duh Sarah!? But really, in a blink of an eye your pregnancy will be over and you will be able to get back to your regular workouts.
