One of my new favorite high protein treats is Greek Yogurt with protein powder and fruit.
Mix Chobani Greek yogurt and Vanilla Ice Cream Whey protein powder!
Calories: 251 Calories
Carbs: 25 grams
Fat: 1 gram
Protein: 38 grams
Sometimes I like to add in extra strawberries or a banana. If you choose to add in one cup of strawberries you are adding in about 50 calories, 12g carbs, 1g of protein. One banana will add in about 100 calories, 27g carbs, 1g of protein. Both add in potassium if you are lacking that in your diet- the strawberries add 232mg and the banana has about 422mg!
