I’ve never done a full round of RevAbs as I have always been doing TurboFIRE/ChaLEAN Extreme. I would add in random workouts here and there just for a change but always kept Turbo as my main workout program. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying RevAbs, if you have been doing it for a while now what are your results? I really enjoyed how fast it went by because it was new and also think it would be fun to challenge my body with something new. Don’t worry, Turbo will always be my first love but this will be fun for a few months!
(When you sometimes see that I spend more time in the Target Heart-Rate Zone than the video is long it’s because I have 2 young children so sometimes I have to pause my workout for a few minutes here and there! Or I may not be able to record what my watch shows until a few minutes after the video ends.)
Total Strength– 268 calories in 45 minutes. 49 minutes in my target HR zone.
Rev it Up Cardio– 286 calories in 44 minutes. 45 minutes in my HR zone. I was shocked when I looked down and saw 200 calories burned because I didn’t feel like I was burning much. I really enjoyed a workout that was burning calories but didn’t seem like much work. There is kicking and so on those parts I modified (hip issues) so if you were to go full out you would definitely burn more than I did.
Fat Burning Abs-212 calories in 40 minutes. 35 minutes in my HR zone.
Power Intervals– 184 calories in 30 minutes. 31 minutes in my HR zone.
Strength & Endurance– 174 calories, 37 minutes in HR zone.
