I love ChaLEAN Extreme!!! I have posted how many calories I burn with ChaLEAN Extreme below. This is the program that TOTALLY changed my mind about lifting weights. The first time a friend showed me this video I was like WHY would I want to do that? Why get all big and bulky? There was nothing about it that was appealing except for the fact that I had done TurboJam and it was the same trainer who I LOVE! (Chalene Johnson.)
Before I started ChaLEAN Extreme I had no idea how many benefits there were to adding muscle to my body. The biggest one being that I am now smaller and tighter than before I had my two kids! I believed the myth that if I lifted weights I would get big and bulky- that did NOT happen! What I did get are hot little muscles and a boosted metabolism.
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to work with a personal trainer and haven’t had the chance- here’s your chance! Seriously, she walks you through all the moves and gets you the results you want. And the workouts are not more than 35-45 min 5x a week! Totally manageable for people with busy schedules. (And momma’s not getting much sleep or chasing kids around all day!) You do strength training 3x a week and cardio/core 2x a week. You can use bands or free weights, I prefer using free weights.
