I have finished 2 weeks and I am seeing RESULTS like crazy. Only 2 weeks in? Yeah! Where I am seeing it most already is in my thighs/butt and also my arms are looking so toned. And my abs. I guess that means I’m seeing it EVERYWHERE! I really wasn’t expecting to have my legs tone up like they are, it was a pleasant surprise. I think many of you who have done Brazil Butt Lift would really enjoy how the lunges and squats work your body with Les Mills Pump. I haven’t even done all of the DVD’s yet as I want to follow the schedule to really get the maximum benefit but I am dying to crack into some of the longer workouts.
I am being wise with my calories and while I am not eating ‘perfect’ I am not going over everyday so that also plays into the results as well. Shakeology keeps my cravings down which is SO helpful! 🙂

I still roll my eyes when they talk about working out to look hot naked, but hey I really enjoy the program and the trainers!

Below is right after my brother-in-law and I did Sports Attack and I burned 265 calories in 30 minutes. We were both drenched in sweat as it’s like 100 degrees here! (But notice how my arms are toning up? I love it!) I will keep you posted on my progress and thoughts on the program as I finish the full 12 weeks.
