So you hate being fat. So you hate counting calories. So you love sugar. So you hate working out everyday. So you hate passing up a large fry. So you despise do anything active. So you hate looking in the mirror. So you hate doing the ab workout.
To be overweight is hard. You feel bad about yourself. You get frustrated with yourself because you know you set up 'diets' and fail. You don't have the energy to give yourself or friends/family that you want to.
To be healthy is hard. You have to change your diet. You have to make time to workout. You may have to give up an hour of sleep to get that workout in.
So I guess the choice is mine…they are both hard.
It's just which 'hard' will I choose?
I will choose to workout when I don't want to. Get my bum out of bed early when I need to. Say no to using food to deal with issues in life rather than facing them head on. I will treat my body with the respect it is due. I will thoroughly enjoy when I have a treat~ but not live life being consumed thinking about the next time I will have one.
This is what 3 years of small changes add up to look like…currently 148.5!
