The TurboFIRE Starter Kit is so great! I was like a kid at Christmas as it was delivered yesterday!
The Starter kit comes with the TurboFIRE Starter Class which is 38 minutes long. I thought it was just going to be a quick review of all the Turbo moves, which it did, but I also burned 300 calories! So you are learning and burning calories at the same time. Perfect!
It also comes with Low HIIT 20 and Low HIIT 25. (They are 20 and 25 minutes long.) HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval training. You do short drills as hard as you can and then you rest. Then repeat. She really focuses in on you keeping your body low to get some extra burning happening in your legs! Love it, and yes I looked completely confused many times throughout the workout! But I know I will get the choreography after several times through the videos. (I have no rhythm )!
