You will have to forgive me that in week 3 I did not take pictures of every meal like I had done in the previous two weeks. The meals were great like they were in the previous weeks, I was starting to miss having options for breakfast aside from fruit though! And I was totally missing my workouts this week. It was such a busy week and usually working out is my way to 'de-stress' and going on a walk wasn't cutting it! I wanted to lose myself in a nice sweat! In those moments I reminded myself that it was almost over and to appreciate the cleanse!
I will continue eating many of the meals I ate on the Reset. I do need to add in more calories as I will be working out- SO EXCITING! I think I will end the year with Les Mills Pump and TurboFIRE hybrid. Then we will see what I want to do in the New Year. I am excited to see how things mix together when it comes to eating cleaner and working out. I'm also hosting my first 'Eating Clean(er)' group starting Monday to help share many of the principles I learned and offer support to others who would like to make a change but aren't sure where to start.
