Les Mills Combat is a Mixed Martial Arts-inspired workout program that shows you how to punch, strike, and kick your way to a lean, defined, shredded body in just 60 days. It is a blend of dynamic movements from six major Martial Arts disciplines, with high-intensity cardio and conditioning.
I got Les Mills Combat last week and I am loving it! If you are looking for a program that will make you feel like a warrior this is it. It’s also a great exercise program because it appeals to men and women, I know a lot of couples who are doing the program together. (If you are looking for something more ‘dancy’ then I would say go with TurboFIRE instead of Combat.)

As always, I like to know how many calories I am burning during my workouts so here is what I burn with Combat. For reference, I am 5’9” and 150 pounds. You will burn differently based on your fitness level and the intensity level you put into each workout. I am adding in how many calories I burn for the first few times through the program, I know that I will burn more as I start to become familiar with the moves.
