So I am writing this and I just got T25 this weekend.  I will update this as I go through it as to how many calories I burn per workout. To give you an idea about me, I am 5'9'' and weigh 152. Also, I am not going full out so take that into consideration that you will burn more as I am following the modifier about 1/2 of the time. I use a Bodybugg to track how many calories I am burning.

And just my own opinion but I LOVE that this is only 25 minutes. Seriously, often I feel guilty when I only get in a 25 minute workout because it means I have skipped 1/2 a workout. Not with this program! Feel good that you got in your 25 minutes!

Cardio      – 205 calories.
Speed 1.0- 210 calories
Total Body Circuit- 180 calories
Ab Intervals- 175 calories

(I am working on the other videos, my hip has been acting up so right now I am just walking…AND…I can finally share that I stopped because I am PREGNANT!     Sarah,
    Hello, I am 41 yrs. old 5'6" and 180# I exercise regularly, and try to eat healthy most of the time.  My downfall is sweets and the mind games that my brain plays with me…My question is so are you saying that for the 25 minute workout Alpha cardio you burn 770 calories total?
     
    If you have any tips I will gladly listen!!

      I hear you on the sweets being a downfall, right now I have this little Twizzlers addiction- NOT GOOD! :-)

      I don’t burn that many for just the Alpha workout, that would be for all of those different workouts. How long have you been doing T25? If you would like more tips you are welcome to join in on my private FB group, just contact me and I can get you info on it!

    • I am not sure if I have a sweet addiction or it’s all in my head but I know the cravings are almost primal! I try to give feed myself wholesome food but even after a proper meal, my body won’t stop the cravings until I’ve had ice cream or whatever my sweet tooth decides it needs. I haven’t always been that way, it started when I was in my 20′s. Now, I’m in my 40′s and 180 lbs.

      • Oops! I was going to finish by saying that, I hope T25 will help me even a little. I’m sure I won’t see the max benefits until I can find a way to squelch the sweet tooth.

    I just received my T25 program yesterday and I did the Alpha Cardio last night.  I LOVE it so far!!  I'm so excited to get my transformation journey started!  Any suggestions for a woman who LOVES her carbs on what to eat?

      That’s awesome! Because I was pregnant when I got T25 I am still waiting to do the whole thing, only a few more weeks and I am ready to do it! I’m glad you are liking it so much, are you in a group with others doing it as well?

          Oh I meant in a group online where others are also working out to the same program but you do it at your own place. I’m like you and like to just kinda do my workout at home on my own too. I have invited friends over before and it’s fun, but really it just seems more practical for me to do it alone bc then I can time it when it works for the family which isn’t the same time everyday.

          • Well kindof, I do have a Team Beachbody account but I don’t really have any people on there that are doing the T25 too. I think my neighbor might be getting it soon.
