So I am writing this and I just got T25 this weekend. I will update this as I go through it as to how many calories I burn per workout. To give you an idea about me, I am 5’9” and weigh 152. Also, I am not going full out so take that into consideration that you will burn more as I am following the modifier about 1/2 of the time. I use a Bodybugg to track how many calories I am burning.
And just my own opinion but I LOVE that this is only 25 minutes. Seriously, often I feel guilty when I only get in a 25 minute workout because it means I have skipped 1/2 a workout. Not with this program! Feel good that you got in your 25 minutes!

(I am working on the other videos, my hip has been acting up so right now I am just walking…AND…I can finally share that I stopped because I am PREGNANT!
